Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nafiel. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Standard Tracked Shipping ($3.99): Estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days for orders under $60.
Free Express Shipping: Available for all orders over $60. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services.

3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
